Cherry Wood Chunks

Cherry is the hussy of the smoking world - it will go with anything. Do we mean any food? We do, but we also mean any other wood! We find that mixing cherry and oak, apple, hickory, or birch gives a whole new flavour. Cherry also gives a really dark colour to meats which is very impressive on beef in particular.
