The best way to make pizza is from raw dough and with great local ingredients. Making dough is hard though. So is saying dough though without sounding like a dodo.
With our pizza kit you get
4 x 12" (270g) pizza dough balls
1 kg of grated Mozzarella Cheese
2 x 250g of Great Northern Larder Tomato Sauce
2 x Wooded Pig Irish Salami
4 x Heinz Garlic Mayo Dipping Pots
All of the above ingredients apart from the Heinz dip are Made in Ireland and the pizza dough, sauce, and salami are made by small local producers.

Pizza Dough Ingredients
Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Yeast, Salt, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar
We buy our pizza dough frozen from a bakery in Belfast. We keep it in our freezer until you order. We then remove it and coat it with Newgrange Gold rapeseed oil to stop a crust forming (this is standard for all pizza making). We bag it and send it to you. When you receive your dough it will be starting to defrost. Ideally you should use it the day it arrives or the day after, but the best advice we can find it that it is perfectly safe to refreeze pizza dough if required. Otherwise, keep in the fridge until an hour before you are ready to use it. Bring it to room temperature. Dust with semolina or flour and use your hands to pull into a pizza shape. Do not roll the dough.
Cook in the hottest oven possible until the pizza is piping hot and the cheese is melted.
