Beef Spice Rub

If you cook really good beef you will know that often it needs nothing more than salt and pepper. But sometimes it is nice to add a little favour. Our beef rub has a little heat and some nice background flavours such as rosemary and onion. It works really well on your brisket, housekeepers roast, in burgers, or added to bolognese and cottage pie. Add plenty of salt.
