What: Pop-Up Deep South Style BBQ
Where: Carlingford Brewing Company, Riverstown, Co. Louth
When: Fri 17/04/2020 @ 6pm to 10pm
Why: To bring real BBQ to Ireland
Grass-fed Irish brisket, slow-cooked over cherry wood for at least 10 hours, served with home-made "milk stout" bbq sauce.
Half chicken smoked over alder wood and served with a choice of condiments.
Sides: Pit beans, potato salad, cornbread.
A selection of desserts served with tea or coffee.
All of Carlingford Brewery's craft beers will be available to buy and enjoy as you eat.
