Butt - Dry Rub for Pig

Make your pork taste amazing with a little sweetness from raw cane sugar and a little heat and lots of colour from Spanish oak smoked paprika. You are guaranteed a great flavour and an amazing bark. Add your own salt.

Sprinkle generously on pork butt (shoulder) or neck and cook low and slow. Beware of high temps as the sugar will burn. For pulled pork serve with a Great Northern Larder BBQ sauce.
