This is a classic glaze. Freshly squeezed orange juice, candied orange peel, and lots of festive spice. This glaze will give your centrepiece ham a lovely shine, a gorgeous colour, and lots of flavour.
This glaze is homemade by us. We made 40 bottles and we will make no more.
Simply boil your ham in water, cider, Coca Cola, or ginger beer. When it is almost cooked removed it from the water, glaze it generously, and place it in a hot oven until browned and caramelised.
