This is a real chef's sauce - unlike other garlic and chilli sauces, there is no sugar, no filler, and no crap. The garlic is from fresh whole cloves, and it cooks amazingly. In our opinion this is not really a table sauce - but it is amazing cold on salads, kebabs, in yoghurt as a dip, and drizzled on fish. In the kitchen, it really comes to life on pizza, in pasta, mixed into a stir fry, or in any situation where you would usually use fresh garlic and chilli. Garlic Chilli can also be used as a very tasty "schmear" on meat to help our spice rubs to stick to large cuts such as pulled pork or beef brisket.
