We love beef ribs here in GNL so we developed this beef rib rub seasoning to compliment them.
To use this dry rub simply salt the beef ribs to your taste, add some oil, and then sprinkle liberally with this rub. For a sweet version add honey, brown sugar, or maple syrup. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty - its called a rub for a reason - get in there :-)
The secret to good beef ribs is to cook them low and slow (120C max) for about 6 to 8 hours until the meat is falling off the bone. If it is still tough and fatty then leave it a little longer. Rest for at least 20 minutes.
You can also use this rub for pork ribs, burgers, bolognese, and anywhere you need some good fresh spice.
