Turkish Style Kebab Seasoning
If you have only ever tried a takeaway kebab then you are in for a big treat. Our kebab seasoning is designed for lamb and is a very traditional Byzantine recipe used to this day by Turkish street food vendors.
Mix 30g of seasoning with 500g minced lamb. Add salt to taste. Form into a loaf and leave to marinate for 1 to 48 hours. Cook at 180c for 120 minutes in an uncovered tin. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest and serve with salad and flat breads.
