Laura is a skilled baker famed for her Christmas Cake, brimming with lush fruits and most importantly enriched with lashings of Irish Whiskey. This is Christmas all wrapped up.
This cake is collect only and the pickup point will be at the Cattleboat Christmas Market in Dundalk on the 14th December.
The cake is 25cm or 10" before icing. That's approximately 40 servings.
Hand-made marzipan layer.
The eggs and flour will be free-range and the butter will be 100% Irish grass-fed.
The whiskey is Irish and there will be plenty of it.
Allergens are nuts, milk, sulphites, and eggs.
The icing is royal icing topped with a gingerbread decoration.
