Savage Sauce #19 - Orange Miso

An homage to Japanese food. Miso is a fermented soy bean paste that is pure umami. Made with orange juice, Irish apple cider vinegar, toasted sesame oil - what more could you want? Its salty, fruity, tangy and addictive.

How to use?

It’s great on barbeque vegetables - carrots, aubergine, squash, broccoli. Brush it on top of meat or fish at the end of cooking, or use as a BBQ sauce. Throw a dollop in your stir fry or curry to add depth of flavour. Experiment!


White miso, Irish apple cider vinegar, orange juice, toasted sesame oil, honey, pickled ginger, water, arrowroot, shichimi spice mix.
